iVillage says...
Your baby weighs 3 pounds and measures 14 inches from head to toe. Visually, your baby may track moving objects. When he or she blinks, the eye's iris responds to light and dark. Many Caucasian babies are born with blue eyes, but often their eye color changes within the first year of life. Newborns have a limited range of vision, so you'll want to get up close to your little one after birth so he or she can take a good look at you.

Good news at this point your baby's lungs and digestive tract are nearly mature, meaning she'll do much better in the event of premature birth. Researchers also believe your baby can actually see now, in utero, but no one knows exactly how much she can make out. She's also becoming more cramped in your uterus and less able to move so freely, although when she does move, it's very noticeable.

i'm much more hungry than either of the two previous trimesters and significantly more uncomfortable! he's much more active or at least i can feel it more now. some of my body parts do NOT feel normal and are somewhat painful. on the whole though, all is good!
